USE CASES
SendGrid, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo don’t reject you because your mail is bad. They reject you because your industry code is inconvenient. We run dedicated, Gmail-focused sending infrastructure for legitimate senders in the verticals those platforms ban on sight.
01 / THE REAL PROBLEM
Mainstream ESPs run enormous shared IP pools and answer to payment processors, banks, and investors. The cheapest way to keep those relationships clean is a blanket ban: refuse whole verticals rather than evaluate senders one at a time. That is why a compliant, licensed operator and an outright scammer get the same rejection email.
The result is a real business problem for legitimate senders. You get suspended mid-campaign with list and templates locked inside the platform, or you never get approved at all. Worse, on a shared pool your reputation is hostage to every other tenant on your IP range, so a stranger’s spam run can tank your inbox placement overnight.
We take the opposite approach. Every account gets a dedicated IP and sending domain, production-scale managed warmup, and traffic routed exclusively to Gmail where reputation is earned and measured. You are vetted like an adult, not pre-emptively banned for the industry code next to your name.

Each guide covers the specific deliverability problem, the compliance surface, and how our stack handles it for that industry.
03 / THE STACK
The same dedicated, managed infrastructure across every account. The vertical changes what we watch for; it does not change the guarantees.
Customer traffic is routed exclusively to @gmail.com and enforced at the mail server, so your reputation is built where your list actually is.
One dedicated IPv4 paired with one dedicated sending domain per slot, provisioned to your account and never shared with another tenant.
50,000 to 100,000 content-matched warmup messages per domain per day through Google-operated infrastructure, continuously managed.
Every sending domain synced daily to Google Postmaster Tools; domain and IP reputation, spam rate, and authentication tracked and remediated.
RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe on every send, with bounces and complaints propagated to a per-customer suppression list automatically.
SMTP responses, deferrals, and complaint trends drive automatic throttling and human triage before a reputation problem becomes an outage.
04 / COMPLIANCE
Taking a vertical mainstream ESPs won’t is not the same as ignoring the rules. Every account is bound by our Acceptable Use Policy: real consent for every recipient, honest offers, working unsubscribes, and no fraud, phishing, or non-consensual content. Categorical refusals stay refused.
Each vertical carries its own legal surface — FTC substantiation for health and income claims, licensing and geo-restriction for gambling, securities law for token offerings, age and recordkeeping rules for adult. You own compliance for your program; we own the infrastructure and the reputation discipline, and we vet for fit before anyone wires a dollar.
05 / FAQ
Because a blanket ban is cheaper than case-by-case evaluation. Large ESPs share IP pools across thousands of customers and answer to payment processors and banks that flag certain verticals as risky. Refusing the whole category protects their shared reputation and their financial relationships with the least effort — which is why legitimate operators get caught in the same net as bad actors.
No. We are the compliant option for hard verticals, not the outlaw one. We route only to Gmail, enforce one-click unsubscribe and suppression on every send, require documented consent, and terminate for fraud, phishing, or non-consensual content. If you are looking to evade filters or spam purchased lists, we are not a fit.
Business-opportunity and direct response, supplements and nutraceuticals, licensed iGaming, MLM and network marketing, lawful crypto and digital-asset marketing, dating and relationship products, and age-gated adult brands — plus any legal vertical a mainstream ESP shut you out of. Categorical refusals (romance scams, phishing, unregistered securities, non-consensual content) are listed in our AUP.
For Gmail, yes — because everything is optimized for it. Dedicated IP and domain, 50,000 to 100,000 content-matched warmup messages per domain per day, daily Google Postmaster Tools monitoring, and automatic throttling on early warning signs. Inbox placement is never guaranteed by anyone honest, but the reputation you build is yours alone and measured where your recipients are.
Reputation issues get a written notice and a defined remediation window before any action, and prepaid unused funds are pro-rated and refunded if we part ways for a cure-able reason. Immediate suspension is reserved for fraud, phishing, illegal activity, or urgent upstream-abuse events. The full policy is in our Terms.
