USE CASE / BIZOP
Business-opportunity and make-money-online offers are the single most pattern-matched category in spam filtering. If you run legitimate direct-response — real offers, real opt-ins, honest earnings claims — you need infrastructure that isn’t sharing a reputation with the scammers who ruined the category.
01 / THE PROBLEM
Bizop lives at the intersection of two things filters hate: a decades-long history of fraudulent get-rich-quick spam, and language that pattern-matches to it (“financial freedom,” “work from home,” “passive income”). Gmail’s models have been trained on millions of bad bizop sends, so even a clean offer starts with the category working against it.
Mainstream ESPs respond by banning the vertical outright — SendGrid and most competitors explicitly prohibit get-rich-quick and business-opportunity content — or by suspending accounts the moment complaint rates twitch. And because direct-response volume tends to be high and bursty, you trip shared-pool rate and reputation thresholds faster than a slow drip newsletter would.
The fix is not a magic word list. It is dedicated reputation you actually own, warmed to production scale, monitored daily at Gmail, and throttled automatically when the signals wobble — so one aggressive campaign doesn’t cost you the domain.
02 / THE GAP
03 / THE STACK
The same dedicated, managed infrastructure across every account. The vertical changes what we watch for; it does not change the guarantees.
Customer traffic is routed exclusively to @gmail.com and enforced at the mail server, so your reputation is built where your list actually is.
One dedicated IPv4 paired with one dedicated sending domain per slot, provisioned to your account and never shared with another tenant.
50,000 to 100,000 content-matched warmup messages per domain per day through Google-operated infrastructure, continuously managed.
Every sending domain synced daily to Google Postmaster Tools; domain and IP reputation, spam rate, and authentication tracked and remediated.
RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe on every send, with bounces and complaints propagated to a per-customer suppression list automatically.
SMTP responses, deferrals, and complaint trends drive automatic throttling and human triage before a reputation problem becomes an outage.
04 / COMPLIANCE
Business-opportunity offers are governed by the FTC’s Business Opportunity Rule and the general prohibition on deceptive earnings claims. In practice that means any income or results claim needs competent, reliable substantiation, and typical-results and earnings disclaimers belong where the claim is made — not buried. CAN-SPAM basics apply too: accurate headers and subject lines, a real physical address, and a working opt-out honored promptly.
You own the substance of your offer and its claims; we require documented consent for every recipient and enforce suppression and one-click unsubscribe at the infrastructure layer. Deceptive earnings claims, fake scarcity, and purchased lists are AUP violations, not gray areas — the goal is to make honest direct response deliverable, not to launder bad offers.
05 / FAQ
Most mainstream ESP policies prohibit “get-rich-quick,” business-opportunity, and make-money-online content by name, and enforce it with automated suspension when complaint rates rise. It is a category decision, not a judgment on your specific mail — which is exactly why moving to dedicated infrastructure that carries only your reputation changes the outcome.
Yes, if they are truthful and substantiated. The FTC requires competent and reliable evidence for income and results claims, plus clear typical-results and earnings disclaimers. We don’t police the wording of a substantiated claim, but fabricated or unsubstantiated earnings claims violate our AUP. Keeping claims defensible also keeps complaints — and therefore deliverability — healthy.
Every recipient needs a lawful basis and documented consent; we do not support scraped or purchased lists. Direct-response opt-ins from your own funnels and landing pages are the model the stack is built for. Full-list uploads are not accepted — recipient addresses live only in the active sending queue.
Reputation-related issues get a written notice and a defined remediation window before any action, and prepaid unused funds are pro-rated and refunded in that case. Immediate termination is reserved for fraud, phishing, or illegal activity. We would rather fix a complaint trend with you than lose the account — that alignment is the point.
Full production capacity comes after roughly two to four weeks of managed ramp, governed by SMTP responses and Postmaster trends rather than a fixed calendar. Each slot then supports up to 100,000 production sends per day to Gmail on top of fleet-managed warmup.
